11月11日当周，粳米市场购销有序，新米大量上市，市场供求宽松，抑制粳米价格，但东北产区稻谷价格稳中偏强运行加之运费成本增加，粳米批零价格稳中有涨。据事务中心监测的大米加工企业反映，目前该企业稻谷库存充足，大米出厂价基本平稳，本周大米销量有所减少，与去年同期基本持平。 粳米市场供应充足，出厂价基本稳定，当前新米大量上市，市场供应进一步增加，但粳稻价格坚挺，运费成本高企，预计近期粳米价格将稳中偏强运行。
