大范围雨雪天气后 土壤墒情明显改善

15-17日北方冬麦区出现大范围雨雪天气 土壤墒情明显改善

未来10天气温起伏较大 对冬小麦无明显不利影响

一、冬小麦生长状况

目前北方大部冬小麦处于返青起身期，河南中部和南部、陕西关中、江淮、江汉陆续进入拔节期，西南地区普遍处于孕穗至抽穗扬花阶段，发育期接近常年或偏早3～10天。3月18日遥感长势监测表明，与上年同期相比，冬小麦主产区长势持平略偏好的比例分别为48.8%、48.9%（图1），一、二类苗比例接近常年同期。

二、冬麦主产区气象条件和土壤墒情分析

3月11-13日和15-17日，北方冬麦区出现两次强降温过程，气温起伏较大，最高气温波动幅度达10～13℃，由于大部地区日最低气温在0℃以上，且冬小麦刚返青起身，具有较强的抗寒能力，因此对大部冬小麦无明显不利影响。其中，3月15-17日，陕西南部、山西南部、河南大部、湖北北部等地出现大范围雨雪天气过程，累计降水量有10～36毫米，河南中西部积雪深度达到8～15厘米，洛阳、郑州局地20～26厘米，有效补充了土壤水分，上述地区缺墒状况明显改善，对冬小麦返青和拔节有利；但部分地区日最低气温降至2℃以下达1～3天，导致河南局地缺墒和已拔节小麦轻度冻害（图2）。

3月20日20cm土壤水分监测结果表明：冬小麦主产区大部土壤墒情适宜；仅河北中北部、安徽中部等地土壤缺墒，江汉部分地区存在土壤过湿（图3）。

三、未来天气对冬小麦生产影响预估及建议

预计未来10天，北方冬麦区气温起伏较大，西北麦区气温偏低0～1℃，华北中南部、黄淮大部麦区气温偏高0～2℃。21-23日，西北地区东部、华北等麦区气温下降4~8℃，最低气温达到0～4℃，对冬小麦生长发育影响不大。西北地区东南部、黄淮南部、江淮、江汉等地降水量为10～50毫米，华北西部、黄淮西部等地累计降水量为3～8毫米，利于麦田增墒。小麦起身后需水量增加，河北南部、山东中北部、河南北部等地部分麦田存在轻度农业干旱的风险。

建议：北方冬麦区做好小麦返青期分类管理，河北、山东等地应根据墒情和苗情合理灌溉与施肥，促进苗情转化升级，预防局地旱情发生发展；此外各地应适时开展冬小麦病虫草害的综合防治工作。 （来源：中央气象台）
